We really enjoyed our time at this property in Tblisi. Particularly we enjoyed staying in a house which is run by a friendly local, to get a real feel for the area. The accommodation is within reach of all amenities and the host was very attentive and an expert at using online translation! Thank you so much

I stayed in this accommodation for 8 days in Tbilisi and left with a positive impression! :) Host: Giorgi is responsible and attentive, always quick to respond and helpful with any questions. Check-in went smoothly — Giorgi met me in person and explained everything right away. The accommodation itself: The room matches the description. Everything was clean and tidy. The bed was comfortable, the bedding fresh, and all appliances worked well. I especially appreciated how quiet it was — the windows face the courtyard. In the kitchen: a gas stove, kettle, fridge, sunflower oil, tea, salt, pepper, and all necessary utensils. Location: The neighborhood is quiet, with shops, cafes, and public transport nearby. It’s easy to get to the city center — a 15-minute walk takes you to a shopping mall with everything you need and a metro station. Things to note: Future guests should keep in mind that the room doesn’t have a sink inside — it’s located in the hallway. The toilet and shower are there as well. It’s not a big issue, but good to know in advance. Overall: This place is great for one or two people, whether for a short or long stay. I recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet spot in the center, affordable accommodation with a great host, and basic comfort without luxury. Big thanks to the host for the hospitality and a great stay!

Very nice place to spend a family holiday, everything was very wonderful and clean and very comfortable. The host is a very hospitable and pleasant person. We liked it very much and will recommend everyone to visit😊👍
