It's clean, cozy and homely. The couple running the stay are very helpful. The place is close to the freedom square and hence most places are walkable. Amazing.

Our hosts were super welcoming, and provided tea, coffee, biscuits and fruits. The bedroom was very comfortable, bathrooms clean, and the guest house right next to the Old Tbilisi center.

Great location - nice neighbourhood. Host was very helpful. Nice big room with a very comfortable bed. 10 minutes from Freedom Square.
