Very pleased with the place and stay. It was clean and spacious. The location was great - in the middle of the old city and walking distance from bus and metro stations. The food was exellent with elements of local cuisine. The owner/hostess Manana was very flexible to adjust to my needs and did anything to make me feel welcome.

Staying at this small family hotel was great Everyone was very welcoming and helpful The rooms were clean and well proportioned The breakfasts were incredible , so much excellent home made food , we skipped lunch we were so full . The location for us was perfect , in an authentic neighbourhood which was also very quiet , yet only 10 minutes walk from the centre . You do have to be prepared to walk up the hill Highly recommended this place

We loved the buildings historical connection to the famous director Sergei Parajanov. His animated presence seemed to still ,very much,resided in the house. Aside from the history, the bedroom was small but comfortable. The breakfast was a feast, providing us with a variety of calories to get us through the day. I also loved the black cat, the neighbourhood down the hill and up the hill. It was a very nice 4 nights for us.
