We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel, and the ladies at the reception were extremely helpful and kind throughout our visit. The venues and atmosphere in the courtyard are wonderful, and the rooms offer a very unique and memorable experience.

Fabrika was easily one of the highlights of my time in Tbilisi. The atmosphere is incredible—vibrant, creative, and full of energy, yet still relaxed and welcoming. The building itself is beautiful, with so much character and a unique industrial style. The staff were friendly, professional, and always happy to help. Everything was spotlessly clean, from the rooms to the shared bathrooms and common areas. The beds were comfortable, and the facilities were excellent. What really makes Fabrika special is the social vibe. It's the perfect place to meet fellow travelers from all over the world. The courtyard is fantastic, packed with great bars, cafés, and restaurants, creating an amazing community atmosphere. The location is also ideal, with easy access to the city and plenty to explore nearby. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tbilisi. A true gem!

Very nice location, walkable to the main attractions, very good drinking options at the bars inside, loved the way the old factory was reconverted.
