Very good location, easy access to many locations, including, Old city, Peace bridge, and metro station. View from the room is another big plus. I had 2 balconies, and one open terrace overlooking the river.

Very charming hotel next to Kura river with great views on Tbilisi and very nice balcony. Breakfasts are very generous; and the service is very good. We had a spacious room with two balconies on the both sides of the building. The location is also next to nice restaurants so no need to wander a lot for food. In fact, the hotel has its own Dr Benjamen restaurant with great views and nice food!

The biggest flex of this hotel is its location from the prime sight seeing areas. Avlabari M/S is just 200 or 300 metres away. Most of the famous places are at a walking distance. The property is lovely with a wonderful and peaceful view from the balcony. That view is an 11 on 10.

The view is amazing, the room is big and has an awesome balcony. It's not far at all from many great locations . The staff is nice and helpful
