Overall it's highly above of what you expect by this price. Good location near metro station, quiet place, big room. Everything is new and extremely clean! Very welcoming and client oriented staff. There is a kitchen with free coffee/tea and all needed appliances.

The location is good,only 5 mins walk to Metro. The owner of this guest house is very friendly and lovely. The room is clean.
