Very cosy and clean room. The location is ideal for exploring Tbilisi. It is within walking distance to the city centre and most historical sites and attractions. The owner and staff are very friendly. Will diffenitely come back here if we visit Tbilisi again!

Was a great hotel with a great location and clean and spacious rooms. The only downside is the noise you can hear from the outside in the rooms and there isn’t always someone at reception.

Location was right next to the Gabriadze theater and clock, in the heart of old Tbilisi. Very accommodating with our request to have another duvet, as it was very cold when we arrived in Tbilisi. Breakfast was great -sweet and savory choices available- and more than enough for our needs. Nice balcony that we didn’t use that much.

Place was clean and very good ambience Location near to the city center. Owner of the hotel and staff was friendly and approachable. Feels like home . Thumbs up for this hotel and recommended to stay. Good value of money as well.
