Good location in a charming little village. Nice staff, clean rooms, good breakfast selection - I was especially pleased with a selection of plant drinks at the breakfast buffet!

The staff were extremely helpful the entirety of our stay. Locals use the bar which is always a sign of a good venue. We got to know the resident cats a little which was nice. Breakfast was very good - plentiful choice on offer. Location of the hotel was good and easy to reach the local shops on foot. The room had everything we wanted and reflects an older building with traditional wooden panelling etc. Parking is on street and might be an issue at very busy times but it seemed the hotel was well occupied and we didn’t hear any complaints. Breakfast time can be a little congested as the tea/coffee machine is opposite the food counter with a very small space between but if people are patient then no issue.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The location is perfect — close to everything, yet quiet enough to relax. Our room was clean and comfortable, and we truly appreciated the attention to detail throughout the hotel. Overall, a lovely experience. We would definitely come back!
