We took our own breakfast as presumed we had to provide for ourselves but was pleasantly surprised to find teabags, coffee, sugar, milk, butter and bottled water provided. Quiet area, very pleasant walk into the town centre, either along the road or through a lovely park. Local shop just around the corner as well.
