Location was stunning. A lovely enclosed garden for our dog. Lovely accommodation with a relaxed shabby chic style. Beds very comfortable.

This is a truly idyllic spot with the wonderful views over to Dartmoor. We visited with our elderly parents who, like us, loved sitting and watching the horses and sheep in the field and enjoying the countryside. It feels like you are in the middle of nowhere but doesn't take long to get to Tavistock and beyond. There was everything that we needed including cosy beds, and a well equipped kitchen. Our dog loved the garden as it was enclosed and he could wander freely. We enjoyed walks on the nearby moorland at the top of the lane where there are many tracks to follow. If you have children, there is a very well equipped games area with indoor and outdoor equipment ( including a large trampoline ) for the whole family to enjoy. The owners were very friendly and we appreciated the cream tea that they left us on the first day. This is a definite for a repeat visit.
