Brooklands is excellent. A very high quality en-suite room as part of a larger home with absolutely everything you could need. Spotlessly clean, comfortable, private, quiet, beautiful gardens, wonderful views over Dartmoor all managed by brilliant & attentive hosts. Breakfast is perfect & the little homemade cakes in the room really help you feel at ‘home from home’ as soon as you arrive.

What a stunning place to stay, not mention the hosts Wendy and Peter are amazing, nothing was too much trouble, they go above and beyond. We could not have asked for more. The room was spotless. We were so well looked after. Wendy makes the most amazing lemon drizzle cake, it was such a pleasant surprise to have little treats in the room and the location is just stunning. I would highly recommend Brooklands, fantastic hosts and fantastic place.

The property was fantastic set in a peaceful location Wendy and Peter are absolutely perfect hosts so welcoming and the little welcome treats in our room made our day the room was perfectly clean and tidy and the bed was so comfortable everything from start to finish even the breakfast although not a cooked breakfast was amazing with everything we needed to start the day and my wife fell in love with there little dog I would highly recommend thank you again Peter and wendy you are so kind and thoughtful you are perfect hosts and we will definitely come again

Excellent and thoughtful choice of items for continental stye breakfast. Felt quite spoilt. Host gave us sweet treats in room on arrival to tempt us, couldn't quite manage to consume them all. Good choice teas/coffees available. Outstandingly beautiful location. Excellent local pub to eat at. Kind and friendly hosts.
