Great location. Very kind owner. Fabrizia had excellent communication. Comfortable. A great pizza place and a cafe is 2 min away. Bus to Firenze center stops also 2 min away. Ride is 20 min.

The apartment is amazing, super comfortable. The location is quiet, so one can rest easily and no noises at all. A special mention to Fabrizia, the owner, who was absolutely kind with my family and me, giving us a lot of recommendations both for Florence as well as in Tavarnuzze (like where to eat, have a coffee and how to take the bus to Florence -which is super easy, just half a block away!-) and even some other cities around Tuscany; plus always quick at the phone for any questions. The bedroom, and specially the beds are totally comfortable and the bathroom is perfectly equiped. Would totally stay again if we go back to Florence!

Nice, clean and comfortable flat. Fabrizia was an excellent host. Very helpful, good tips what to see in Florence, made it very easy to just take the bus by selling us tickets in advanced. Nice location, only 20 min by bus. Great pizzaplace 2 min away and private parking.

Very clean and spacious rooms with super comfortable beds. There is a secure and private car park. The property is located in a nice and quite neighbourhood in Florence's suburb, about 15 minutes from Florence's center by bus. There is a nice caffe and pizzeria nearby. Fabrizia (the owner) gave us great recommendations on place's to visit around the area. She also accomdated our emergency earlier check-in when I contacted her. Just bear in mind that it's more of a hotel room with daily cleaning services rather that a flat as the name would imply. The kitchen is only open for long term renters. Overall, we enjoyed our stay a lot.
