Guests travelling with pets must notify the property before arrival. Pets are not allowed in the accommodation rooms.Please note that charges apply for use of the indoor and outdoor thermal pools.Please note that in order to use the 3 heated hydro-slides, children of all ages must be no less than 1.2 metres in height. The slides also have a weight restriction of 90kg.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. When we arrived, we found the refrigerator to be very stinky - the same kind of smell when you leave it off for a long time with rotten food. We called up reception, and housekeeping arrived within 10 minutes, and switched us to a different room. We were happy with the new room.

Staff, very friendly and helpful. Ask for Motel Room 6 as this has been renovated. Love this updated motel room with heated floor in the bathroom and a dishwasher in the kitchen. Shower pressure was great! Enjoyed a spa massage, that was very relaxing.

The lodge was tidy and warm and had everything we needed, we love the improvements made at the pool and all the staff were friendly and helpful.
