Of all the places I stayed when in New Zealand for a month this was hands down the best, and my favourite, accommodation, no review will do my stay justice! The hosts are lovely, very easy to communicate with and went above and beyond throughout my whole stay! I arrived mid morning and they sorted a very early check in for me, collected me from the bus station with my luggage and gave me a mini orientation tour around Taupo with recommendations of how to spend my time. The apartment itself was great, spacious, very peaceful and quiet, use of a hot tub and decking if you wish, a well equipped kitchen, bathroom with towels etc and a very comfy bed and biscuits and milk on arrival! Ample parking available which I saw other guests using, On my last day they dropped me back to the bus station for my overnight bus and when the bus was running late waited with me until others arrived. As a solo traveller I felt very at home and it was a nice relaxing few days without any worrying or too much thinking.

A beautiful little apartment. Contains everything you need. Close enough to the CBD ro walk to and to Taupo Lake.

Very nice. We were there when the weather wasn’t great so didn’t walk around as much as we planned but the room had all we wanted
