Due to a quiet the knid manager upgraded our room for one nite stay with a 2nd floor. The outside mineral pool was a great size and great for two.

Just had an amazing stay at Phoenix Resort! The guy at reception was super lovely and incredibly accommodating. I messed up my booking and arrived on the wrong day, but he went above and beyond to help me out. He even put the heaters on in advance, so the room was warm and cozy when I arrived. Seriously appreciate the great service and amazing cleanliness!
