Great location, within easy walking distance to the main centre and along the lakefront. There’s a coffee cart and a hotdog and ice cream stand just across the road, which is really convenient. The lake views are wonderful, and a real highlight was spending time at the on-property communal picnic tables facing the water; playing cards, enjoying snacks, and watching the sun set over Mt Ruapehu in the distance.

The two bedroom apartment gave us plenty of room to spread out as a family. Everything was tidy and clean.
