Guests of the Baycrest Thermal Lodge Taupo can choose between ground floor apartments with an outdoor hot thermal plunge pool, or first floor apartments with a spa bath, balcony and Lake Taupo views.
All apartments include a fully equipped kitchen, ceramic hot plate and under floor central heating. Facilities include a thermal-heated swimming pool, poolside bar, shared barbecue facilities and laundry.
Local attractions include the famous Huka falls, which is 5.2 km away from the hotel, plus many water sports sites and the volcanic regions of Taupo.

An air conditioned family suite located on the first floor featuring a private balcony with lake views. Open plan kitchen, dining, lounge and a queen bed. The single beds (maximum of 3) are located in the separate bedroom. The well appointed bathroom includes a champagne spa bath and separate shower. Smart Televisions with Sky TV channels are available in both rooms. This suite has thermal underfloor heating for the winter months.

The place was very clean and welcoming. The view from of the lake from our room was amazing and the pool at the property was awesome 😁

Location and cleanliness were great. Approximately 20 minute walk to town centre. The room had a private thermal tub. Swimming pool facility was great and ice available in the communal kitchen area. Kitchenette had a microwave and hot plate for convenient meal prep in room.
