Lovely girls at reception on check in Great comfortable room, next door to fantastic bakery Excellent dinner at Bistro Best breakfast of our month long trip, so much choice on buffet and also egg dishes cooked to order. Lovely lake walks

Lovely property right beside the lake and castle. Room was great, with a view to the lake and with everything we required provided. Parking was right beside the property. The spa was very relaxing and thoroughly enjoyed using the facilities. We booked dinner at the accompanying bistro and it was excellent. Breakfast the next morning was also really good. Throughout the staff were delightful. We booked a night here originally because it was a good stopover on the way to Bratislava. I can now confirm that it should have been a destination in its own right. We loved it and the hotel and bistro have made this place our favourite stay on a road trip around Austria, Slovakia and Hungary.

First of all was the location.. We took lovely walks around the lake.. So much birdlife, it was a joy to see..The lake front area was very pretty especially in the evening with the reflections of the castle on the lake.. Second,was the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. We only stayed one night and our room was great. The bed was comfortable and it was quiet...I must say that the breakfast was super. Unfortunately we did not eat at the restaurant as it was fully booked, so if you want to eat make sure you book in advance..
