The location and processes at this hotel are ideal for a relaxed and enjoyable experience by English speaking guests. The staff are warm and generous with their welcome and eager to help. The rooms are spacious and clean and the hotel smells nice. It is centrally located with parks and canal walks very close. The breakfast buffet was incredible - so much choice and very good quality. We also enjoyed the Dublin bar which has sidewalk tables outside under the trees. It also has a large pool which we swam in every day which was incredibly refreshing. Love it and will definitely return.

Comfortable room with a very good breakfast with plenty of choice. Ordered taxis for us which were very reasonable. Staff were helpful especially Medina. Swimming pool was good to refresh at end of the day

Big and clean rooms, Nice location, Good Breakfast and clean & tidy premises. Fairly decent Gym and swimming pool. The sauna was also good. Staff was very Polite and friendly. Check in and check out procedure was very smooth. Thanks to Mr Zulyadayn and Mr Shomuzaffar..from the reception. They were very friendly and helpful both at the time of checkout in and checkout.
