Breakfast, Staff, and no limit on drinking water, which was an issue in all other hotels. Concerned and thoughtful staff - we were going on a day tour and the staff proactively gave us umbrella because there was a forecast of rain. We paid a little more of our laundry; $10 instead of $8, cos haven't had change on the last day if the stay. We asked the staff to keep the change, it was not a big amount. But they booked a cab for us to the airport and paid for it.

Excellent premises just in the heart of the Tashkent city close to airport and with all the necessary infrastructure. Staff is welcoming and very supportive, doing their best to make the stay positively unforgettable.

I had a wonderful stay and truly liked everything about this hotel. The room was very comfortable, clean, and well maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The location is also perfect—very convenient and close to everything. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!
