A nice guest house with plenty of space. We were a party of 6 people and we had enough space to make us feel comfortable. Nice breakfast with plenty of options. But the host was the best - his commitment and friendly approach topped it all. He went above and beyond to accommodate us and answered our queries. Thank you so much Akram and family for making our trip special.

The biggest USP House4you offers is the free pick up or drop to airport , One can choose . For someone coming into a new country it is a big plus. We were picked up in he middle of the night in spite of a snow storm welcome. Also Akram the owner offers all that one needs to tour Tashkent so one doesn't need to depend on a tour operator or guide to see the city or the nearby mountains. He offered us a $70 per day for both . For us the convenience of a one stop shop was the plus. he has a minibus and a sedan to offer based on need. He is a certified guide. More than anything Akram is a warm hearted man who even went the extra mile to book train tickets for us to Bukhara and Samarkand etc at cost. The property is a ground floor -2 bedroom , dining room , sit out with sofa etc- all which open out into his inner courtyard which has trees and a sit out. One can even cook a meal there if one desires. Kept very neat and clean , we enjoyed our stay. There is a mini market about a 250 meter distance. Ideal especially for a family or a set of friends travelling together.

The owner Mr. Akram was super helpful and available to answer to all our needs. He even went out of the way to drop us to the railway station early morning and refused to accept any payment for it. He was super gracious and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Will definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a comfortable and homely place to stay

We booked this house last minute and request for early check in. The owner Akrom is really nice person. He pickup our call early morning around 6.30am and he allowed us for early check in, he even offer for us for free pickup at Tashkent Train Station. We really appreciate his warm hospitality and we really like his house. It's really spacious and cozy.

It is very ideal for a large group of travellers, there are common areas to hang out at. The place is generally clean and comfortable. The host is helpful and friendly and the airport transfer is a nice gesture.

Fresh food and fruit for breakfast. Host lady is very nice. Her kids are very helpful. Oldest son picked up us in the airport. Younger son served breakfast every morning. The house is cozy, the yard is pretty, many plants and flowers.

It’s a beautiful property situated at a calm neighborhood. It was a safe, comfortable and nice home. The property owner was very friendly and he patiently answered our queries. He welcomed us at the airport on time and provided pick up and drop services from and to the airport. He also arranged excellent tour services to explore the city.
