1 - Location: biggest selling point. There are many restaurants downstairs at the hotel, and next to it is a park that locals like to walk in. It's only five minutes to a metro station where you can transfer to two metro lines very conveniently. In terms of location, it is indeed very convenient. When taking a taxi, enter this address: Islam Karimov str. 17. Enter from the parking lot at the back of the hotel, find the restaurant "Fish&Bread", and there is a very small door next to the restaurant. Walk in and there is an elevator that can take you up to the reception. 2 - Facilities: Fairly basic, but the hygiene is good. The security is also quite high. Although it's very lively downstairs, no noise was heard inside the room. 3 - Service：The staff were quite friendly. The room rate could be paid by card. They issued the registration slip promptly upon check-out and there were no additional charges.

Good location and rooms are a decent size. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Near some restaurants and close to the train station (10 minutes taxi). Good Aircon and WiFi.

Good location and the staff were really friendly and helpful. I left something at the hotel and they found it for me, and kept it until I could collect on my return journey. Good WiFi and Aircon available. Rooms are big and the beds are comfy.

A great location and lovely small hotel, with good breakfast It is well worth the money. Very helpful staff.
