There is a comforting pine scent in the room, the decoration is classic. The stuff is super nice and the hotel offers luggage storage.

The staff are very helpful and friendly. Requests for small things were readily met. Quiet hotel. Fridge in room and able to get a kettle and mugs on request.

Good location though not in Zermatt there are frequent shuttle trains between Zermatt and Tasch Polite staff , clean room and good view
