The accommodation is in a great location, you get to see and hear real Cape Verde and people getting on with their daily lives. The property and especially top apartments have lovely views of the mountains, beach and (on a clear day) Fogo with its volcano. We stayed in the 2-bed apartment which was comfortable and had all basics that we needed. The kitchen had a full cooker with a stove and oven, fridge with a freezer compartment and a microwave plus all basic utensils. The apartment was spotless. The owner (Delfim) was very helpful, responded quickly during the booking process and our stay.

Delphim was a really great host - friendly, available if we needed him, had good tips on places to visit, and he speaks good English too. The apartment building is beautiful - lots of plants and a lovely terrace and view. It’s pretty basic inside but that was perfect for us. Short walk into town and to the beach. Delphim let us check out late and leave our bags.

The owner was very responsive and helpful. The room was clean and the location was perfect. The view from the balcony was just amazing. Nothing more and nothing less than expected.
