The fine print
The hotel wishes to inform its future guests of some important indications:
- Children under 12 are not allowed in our Spa facilities
- The hotel is entirely Non-smoking, A fee will be automatically applied should the room smells of tobacco.
- When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies apply; "group booking". These reservations are subject to the hotel's acceptance and are not confirmed until the hotel receive the group agreement signed.
- Prior to arrival online checkin is required for any reservation of 5 rooms and more.
- The parking is available on request and depending on availability.
- The electric cars owner shall inform the property with anticipation to organize the charger use. Upon availability. The staff are amazing, especially Guille on reception. The rooms are beautiful and so clean. Mauricio, Diego and Javier in the restaurant are wonderful and so friendly, efficient and professional- fantastic service from all of the staff. The restaurant is excellent.

The hotel is beautiful, room was very comfortable with a queen bed and a sofa bed and still plenty of room for my toddler to play, breakfast was delicious, loved the little touches like water fountains and popcorn machine so you can have water and snacks whenever you want, staff are so helpful and very welcoming of children even closing the spa for us so we could go with our toddler at lunchtime. We can't wait to go back!

Lovely room and setting. Comfortable bed. The hotel facilities were excellent, including the spa. Great location and lastly the staff were all very helpful & friendly.
