We were extremely satisfied with our stay — everything was truly excellent. The room was impeccably clean, thanks to Thilini, whose thorough and attentive work made a big difference in our comfort. At the reception, we were greeted by Helen, who was exceptionally kind, helpful, and professional. She answered all our questions promptly and patiently, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Overall, the cleanliness, high-quality services, and the outstanding attitude of the staff made our stay memorable. We can highly recommend this place and would be happy to return in the future.
