It’s very clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable, the owner was very friendly and a good communicator and was kind & flexible when I was arriving later on a very cold rainy night & let me heat up some dinner in the spotless kitchen. It’s a great stopover spot between Sydney and Byron. NB it is near a freight train track which I only heard once in the night, and it was beautiful to see it go by in the dark.
