It’s location and it’s access to the town Access to room was via 16 step steps, so beware if you book this location otherwise access was fine.

The room was right at the harbour with the window overlooking the sea which was lovely. We couldn’t get the tv to work and phoned the number given and the man talked us through how to get it working.

both the property and the host where exceptional, both Our Management Team and our team of engineers have used the property on several occasions along with other larger properties hosted by Colin at Dwellcome Homes and as always the property exceeded expectations it is a spacious property well looked after clean and comfortable, will definitely be using this for all our future bookings in aberdeen
