The staff were lovely and checking in was quite simple too! At the ground level of the building was a 7-11, plus with a plentiful amount of restaurants, cafes and other food stalls within walking distance. During the daytime, there is a pool table for hotel guests, and a hall/study area open 24/7.

There is a awesome girl at the frontdesk, very cheerful personality, very helpful with questions. She needs a raise/promotion. The bed is firm, to my liking. Housekeeping does a good job, but there is a raised platform, a step up before you can reach the shower/toilet, not exactly wheelchair/elderly friendly. For older folks, may be a problem. Overall a good experience.

There was no breakfast included in the booking. Location was considered good being near taoyuan airport. There was a club at level 7 of the same building, hence might not be safe for solo ladies traveller. Staff was great at assisting with barrier-free requirements.
