The location was great, near to night markets and a less touristic area. Close to the airport making it ideal for a short trip. The room was clean and spacious and the staff were very helpful and friendly when checking in.

I suggest to have more option of Breakfast. The location is convenient. I booked two rooms (one Standard Room and one Family Room). During our first night, both rooms had air-conditioning issues, it was extremely hot. The staff recommended that we transfer to other rooms, and we did but only the standard room. Thankfully, the air-conditioning in the new rooms was working well. But the other room my Family did not transfer they stick in the Family room and still hoping the aircon will be working. I was pleasantly surprised to find that by the second day, the air-conditioning in the original Family Room was already fixed and functioning properly. I’m very impressed with how seriously the staff took our complaints and how quickly they acted. Thank you to all the staff for your immediate response and excellent service!

The location is very good. There have many shops and night market around the hotel. The staff is very helpful.
