Fancy decoration: rather cute wallpapers. Water dispenser available at every level. Washing machine and dryer was easy to use and clean. Staff were great, helpful to call us taxi to the airport or surrounding. Toilet is spacious. There are lounges and stools/chairs around in the room - allow us to hang out in the room. TV Channels are so fulfilling n entertaining, though not all rooms provide the same numbers of channels. Location was awesome - closed to so many eateries and shops. Lots of racks and hangers provided in the room - so useful! Hair dryer in the room was powerful and strong: brilliant! Cleanliness - a bit lacking.

The hotel was at a convenient place. The room was nicely done up in a hello kitty theme and kept very clean. The staff were very helpful.

Large windows allowed good light. Bathroom mirror had a light. Laundry available on 2 different levels. Shopping centres all close by. Close to Taoyuan local train. (Not Taoyuan high speed train.)
