If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform the property in advance to arrange check-in.From 08/01/2026 to 01/03/2026, hotel facilities such as the restaurant/breakfast, pool, and garden will not be available for apartments. However, reception will remain open from Monday to Friday, from 09:00 until 17:00.Please note that guests are required to climb 40 steps to access the "One-Bedroom Suite".Please note that the "Villa with Garden View - Annex" can only be accessed on foot.In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay.

The 4-bedroom villa was beautiful. Four spacious bedrooms, a large living area and well-appointed kitchen. There was also plenty of outside space to sit and relax in the sun, overlooking a lovely garden with stunning views of the sea and Mount Etna. The villa is about a 10 minute walk from the main hotel, and located closer to the town centre than the main hotel - very close to the greek amphitheatre. The hotel staff were very welcoming and accommodating. The top-floor restaurant was very high quality for both dinner and breakfast - the dinner we had there was the best we had all week. The garden in the Babilonia cafe/restaurant next door to the villa was a lovely place for mid-morning coffee. Worth the price. Highly recommended.

We loved our stay in Hotel Villa Carlotta. The staff were friendly, helpful and fun. The hotel and our room were beautiful. It has a long history and is well positioned with amazing sea views and is only a short stroll to the Main Street of the old town. The restaurant food was sublime and the cocktails were deliciously original.
