Travelcation “clean and the bed was comfortable but the bathroom was too small”

The bathroom was extremely cramped. I could barely sit on the toilet comfortably, and having a shower was quite a challenge. I’m a little above average in size, and I can’t imagine how difficult it would be for someone larger than me.

The location is great if you want to avoid the overcrowded center of Taormina and prefer to stay around the beach. The staff is incredibly kind, welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable and had answers to all my questions. The pool is a great alternative to the overcrowded isola Bella beach.

We had three rooms at the Isola Bella, two with a sea view and one on the ground floor. The sea view was spectacular, the one without less so, just windows facing onto the road. The location is good, there's access to the beach a few hundred metres along the road and a chairlift to the town.

The view to Isola Bella is amazing! The single room was quite small and a little bit dated but clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast is good with a selection of both hot and cold meals. The hotel is close to the Isola Bella beach and the cable car.
