We had an excellent stay at this accommodation and felt that two days wasn't nearly long enough! We'd love to return to spend more time here. The apartment was central and very close to the main street, as well as restaurants and bars. It was also within easy walking distance of the Teatro Antico. Ricardo warmly welcomed us and his restaurant recommendation for dinner was excellent - the staff had such a good knowledge of their many local wines, many of these also very reasonably priced. We should have taken Ricardo's advice to take a taxi from the station - we took the bus, but it goes to the opposite end of the town and the walk, along with suitcase, on a hot day was arduous. Our return to the station by taxi was very quick and efficient. There's a very good supermarket close to the apartment - this was good for fruit and yoghurt for breakfast and for evening drinks, as well as many other delicious local ingredients. We didn't cook while there, given the short time of our visit. The apartment is traditionally furnished and we enjoyed the selection of books.
