Surprisingly spacious and charming. Three decent and roomy bathrooms. Well equipped. Lovely fire. Nice back lawn etc.

Positives - Great large rooms, timber floors, comfortable beds, clean linen, great clean, modern bathrooms, excellent location, parking inside premises. Negatives - Very Dirty! Cutlery, tea towels, BBQ not cleaned, living room and kitchen were dusty, dirty kitchen cupboards, used scheming gum in a draw in the living room,TV remote needed new batteries, small TV. Large cracks in the plaster in most rooms which are not shown in photos. With a clean up, the property would be acceptable given the age of the building.
