It's a great staycation. The front office staff is very professional. They understand our needs. Our rooms were well decorated. Cindy and Nella at the front desk were very Pleasant and Professional with our needs.. Meal was great I would compliment Cindy ,Nella and the front desk for the wonderful stay. We look forward to our future stays with Marriott Hotel Batam.

Location- right where the ferry is. Food - Breakfast spread was varied and good Staff - Staff were friendly and prompt. They paid attention to detail
