I had an amazing time at Sheraton Belitung! The resort is stunning — beautiful beach, crystal-clear water, and peaceful surroundings. My room was spacious and clean. The staff were truly exceptional — warm, professional, and always ready to help. I especially loved the food, the beachfront setting, and the overall relaxed atmosphere. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a luxurious and tranquil island getaway from Jakarta. Can’t wait to return!

The staff is beyond friendly. Beautiful place, beautiful lobby and beautiful nature. Breakfast is fairly diverse. I cannot stress enough how friendly and helpful the staff was. Thank you Clara and Suzan! But also everyone else.

Friendly staff and peaceful environment. Hotel had a set of activities on offer which was a nice touch. Great spa service delivered by Annissa. Restaurant manager Azi was very friendly and attentive with great recommendations across Indonesian.
