The fine print
From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorisation form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card.An additional mandatory charge for New Year's Eve Dinner applies to all guests staying the night of December 31, 2025.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

The stay was excellent, and the reception was wonderful. The food was delicious, and the trip to Mangarov was fantastic. We spent two beautiful nights. On the third night, we couldn't sleep due to a foul smell, as if there was a dead animal, especially under the air conditioner. In the morning, we contacted them to clean the room, but the smell persisted. We decided to leave the place and did not spend the remaining two nights. Upon departure, a luggage cart was requested twice from the reception, but no one arrived, not even for the bags. We had to carry two large bags ourselves, even though we paid in full for a five-night stay. When I requested a refund for the two nights, they told me to contact Booking.com, despite having paid the full amount upon check-in for five nights and only staying two. I did not expect this from a prestigious and well-known hotel like the Four Seasons.

Absolutely loved the property and the service. Everything was perfect and the hospitality was just amazing. It was everything we expected, and we cant wait to stay here again.
