Very impressed with the size of our room and comfort of the bed. Breakfast was excellent value for money. Staff upon arrival and departure were very helpful. The shops in the foyer had value for money items, which impressed my wife.

The pool was great, and great access to the beach. Other reviews have complained about proximity to food, but there was a good place just down the road (Double Spoon), and it wasn't all that far to walk to a food court (if you want cheaper eats) and other more expensive restaurants (if that's your preference). The room was basic, but mostly had what we needed. Initially we were unsure about the quieter location, but after visiting Batu Ferringhi we were glad for the more peaceful location. Great view from the balcony rooms, and nice to have a private outdoor space.
