The Hotel Staff Front Desk English Name Simon contact no +8617688491811 was very helpful assisting me on the communication and also giving some inputs on the nearby attraction. He was very responsible. Apart from that all the staff was very help even with little English communication skill.

The hotel was excellent all round, everything was perfect. The GM Simon was extremely kind and attentive, he and his staff did everything they could to make us feel welcome and comfortable.
