The staff were absolutely wonderful — Amin and Ashraf were incredibly helpful and welcoming, going above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied with our stay. Their hospitality truly made a difference. However, the facilities did not meet our expectations. Unfortunately, there was an unpleasant odor in our room, which impacted our overall experience. We believe this is something that needs to be improved, especially considering the price we paid.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. All the staff were extremely kind and always smiling. The hotel’s decoration is beautiful and creates a very relaxing atmosphere. Its location, right in front of the sea, is simply perfect for unwinding. A big thank you to the whole team, and especially to Fouzia, the housekeeper, for the impeccable cleanliness and perfect organization of our room. I highly recommend this place!

It was a very comfortable and spacious room. Our house keeper, Sanaa, was very kind and welcoming and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The breakfast was very good with a very big variety of food. The pool was very well maintained and the snack bar was amazing.
