The staff were friendly and helpful. Whilst the hotel was a little further than I expected from the centre, it provided peace and tranquility in a stunning setting. We would definitely go again.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Fairmont. The hotel is very luxurious and the rooms are fabulous. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We used the gym and spa area which were also really lovely. The hotel is around 15 mins drive from the Medina etc but the hotel can arrange a taxi to take you there for 15 euros. We will definitely return!

The property is a stunning historical palace — absolutely beautiful, with a large lush garden that adds to its charm. The staff were incredibly kind, and we were given a complimentary upgrade to a room with a private garden. The room’s design was elegant, and the garden added a deep sense of peace and relaxation.
