The riyad is an old, very well maintained property. It is centrally located in the old town and is to navigate. The staff are welcoming, courteous and treat you individually and look after you well. A cheerful and aesthetically pleasing ambiance with a touch of luxury at a good price. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Dar Sultan and will recommend it to friends and family.

Traditional dar decorated with historical items. Fresh flowers everywhere. Friendly and welcoming staff. Very copious breakfast. The cat sleeping by the fire place.

Dar Sultan exceeded our expectations as the staff made us feel so welcome and comfortable with every attention to detail. Well located in the heart of the medina, the interior decor of Dar Sultan is uniquely Moroccan and there are beautiful features to look at in every corner. The breakfast is a sumptuous collection of healthy fruits, breads and cooked eggs which gave us a wonderful start to a day exploring the fascinating historical city of Tangier.

Stunning breakfast and service. Beautiful terrace overlooking the roofs of Tangier. the room was very comfortable and stylish!The staff was so kind and always asking if you wanted tea or coffee (all complimentary). Location was perfect!

Dar Sultan is just a wonderful Riad to stay in. The room was very comfortable and like the whole Riad decorated with some amazing Moroccan artefacts. Breakfast up on the terrace was delicious as was a wine in the late afternoon. But the big standout was the staff, so friendly and accommodating. Thankyou Ahmed and the Dar Sultan Team.😎

The breakfasts were amongst the best we have ever had. Such a wide variety and all so very fresh. The terrace was a wonderful place to sit and relax with a glass of wine. A special shout out to Ahmed, he was a super star. The other staff were also exceptional.

It is a 300-year-pkd riad, but updated with the upmost care, maintaining its character and charm. The owners and staff were kind and attentive to all of our needs. Our stay was absolutely perfect.
