This riad is okay for a one-night stay. It has a good location, and the staff is attentive. However, they don't speak much English, so we couldn't ask for many recommendations or tips. The place itself is clean, but our room had a strong musty smell, making it uncomfortable. We're aware of how toilets work in Morocco with integrated showers, but this one had an unusual design that made it impossible to keep dry. The riad is beautifully decorated, and the breakfast was abundant and Moroccan style. Tangier might be a bit more expensive than other cities we've stayed in, but the quality-price ratio didn't seem good to us.

Dar Bargach is a wonderfully authentic accomodation in the Tangier Riad. It was a little difficult to find, just because of the nature of its position, but there were always plenty of helpful locals to point us in the right direction. The room was small, but this was to be expected given the authenticity of the building

The host was very accommodating. Water was provided, air conditioning was perfect, and the breakfast was very good
