The restaurant was chilled and nice and the food was great, with nice people. A 5 minute walk to the beach, but there is a charge of LKR2000 if you want to go on the beach to see the turtles at night (not sure when it is the season for this).

Turtle Paradise were fabulous hosts during our time in Tangalle! The room was clean, spacious and comfortable and had everything we needed including air conditioning, a mosquito net and seating area. Having a fridge was a huge bonus too. The restaurant area was the perfect place to sit, play board games and eat the delicious breakfast whilst watching the birds and chipmunks. All the food we ate here during our stay was delicious and made with love. It was located very close to the beach and other restaurants and only a short tuk tuk ride into central Tangalle. The staff went above and beyond to help us during our stay and we can’t thank them enough.

The location is excellent if you want to see the turtles nesting. The hotel staff was amazing, very kind and attentive. The room was very comfortable and the food was delicious. We had both breakfast and lunch there, and everything was perfect.
