We had the best stay ever! From the moment we arrived, the hospitality of the manager was outstanding—friendly, helpful, and always ensuring we had everything we needed. But let’s be clear: the surroundings are absolutely breathtaking. The house is located in a stunning, peaceful area with an (almost) private, long beach just steps away. The views, the tranquility, and the sheer beauty of the place made this one of the best experiences we’ve ever had. On top of that, the value for money is unbeatable. At just $35 per night, staying in this paradise is far more than a fair deal—it’s an absolute steal! Highly recommend it to anyone looking for an unforgettable getaway. We will definitely be back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Alpha Monkey is an absolute paradise in Sri Lanka! Nestled right on the most stunning beach in the country, this accommodation exceeded all our expectations. The open bungalow design, with its breathtaking ocean views, immerses you in the tranquil sounds of the waves and the refreshing sea breeze. The lush, well-maintained garden surrounding the property is a tropical oasis, complete with a sparkling pool that's perfect for a dip after a day of beach bliss. The rooms are spotless, ensuring maximum comfort and relaxation. But what truly makes Alpha Monkey stand out are the incredible hosts – they are the heart and soul of this place! Their warmth, friendliness, and attention to detail made us feel right at home. Our stay was unforgettable. You pay for the Location. The Bungalows are all different and scattered between the Garden and the Beach. I think these are the cabanas closest to the water on this beach. You can hear the Waves and watch multiple of animals roam the Beach and the trees and actually the cabanas too, as they are all open. Which is great and makes total sense due to the humidity. There is a pool but we did not use it.

Our room (right within the main building) was I think the best out of the offered. Nice view, cool outdoor bathroom, spacious room and comfortable bed. Willing host.

The accommodation is in a great location. We were warmly welcomed, the hosts are super friendly. The view from the room is amazing! The restaurant is by the sea, so there is also a beautiful view. Around the hotel there is a beautiful beach where there were not many tourists, it is the perfect place to relax. We are very happy with our stay.

We booked a Family House and this was really directly on the beach with a great view from the terrace to the beach and the sea. During the night you can hear the waves. It was very clean. The owner of the place did a great barbecue for us with fish in banana leaves. It was really delicious. We can really recommend this place and the owners are very friendly.

Amazing location on the beach. We have been in two different rooms during our stay and both were excellent with fabulous views and comfortable beds. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The restaurant was ok, but can be improved a little bit. Nice swimming pool where you can swim because the sea is a bit rough. We really enjoyed our stay there. A highly recommend place!
