We absolutely loved our time at the villa. Victoria and Rumi are such warm and caring souls, they made us feel at home from the very first moment. You can feel how much love they put into this place. The villa has three beautiful rooms, each with its own fully equipped kitchen, which made everything so easy and comfortable. The cleanliness and organization are on a European standard. Everything is very well taken care of and thoughtfully arranged. The location is quiet and just a 5-minute walk to the beach. The bed is comfortable, the bathroom is spacious, and the shower has great water pressure. We can highly recommend this place.

Staff were friendly and greeted me on arrival. They also tried to help with a few life admin tasks. The room was largely good. The kitchen and laundry are outside and communal, which is good for extra sunlight but not always great. The location is good.

We stayed at the Sunbeam Villa for a week. Hands down one of the best places we stayed at in Sri Lanka. This is a new property, featuring new amenities, including high speed WiFi. I could work from the balcony and enjoy nice views of the trees. The room itself is very spacious, fresh and clean. Very comfortable for long stays. And the location is great. Not too far from the centre and the most lively side of Tangale beach, while also close to other beautiful and calm bays where we could walk and swim every morning and evening. The house is placed on a calm street surrounded by local homes. This was one of the best things, as we ended up having an amazing lunch every day at our neighbours’s home. Really beautiful home set up with such kind and welcoming people. And Rumesh is a great host. He helped us with a scooter as well and was always available to accommodate our needs. Thank you for everything! We would definitely come back!
