Great location, good restaurant with good wines and beers. Breakfast is super. The hotel is in a peaceful area, room are modern and spacious. There are 2 swimming pools. The staff is very kind and attentive. The owner is running well his Hotel, bravo. We’ll be back if we can.

Our stay at Ananthaya beach hotel was excellent. We were in the new built part of the hotel - spacious, comfortable, clean, tastefully decorated and felt quite luxurious! The view from balcony is incredible. The breakfast was good, with varied options and there’s an extensive menu for lunch and dinner which we had and were great, especially the seafood. There are other food options near the hotel - just a short tuktuk ride away, don’t be afraid to explore :) A special mention to the hotel staff, particularly at the restaurant who were very nice and always smiling as well as the spa who were super accommodating and excellent! The beach in front of the hotel is not really swimmable but walk to the left and you’ll reach a long stretch of deserted and sandy beach. There were strong waves so need to be careful, and limited shade, but we enjoyed it nonetheless. The infinity pool at the hotel was great to come back to and relax after exploring the beach. Overall, I highly recommend staying here!

Everything is very clean and well maintained, the hotel is beautiful and the staff is super attentive . The restaurant staff was super, Chathuranga and Srilantha were great
