Charen is great and very welcoming. It’s nice to have curtains for privacy and the use of some basic kitchen appliances. The sunset tour was great and easy to organise.

The host Charen runs this small hostel with all her heart. She shares tipps and fair tourprices - really wants to make sure you make the best out of the trip. We stayed in a doubleroom in a shared apartment. The place is very clean, hot water shower, big fridge, excellent wifi and restaurants nearby. Make sure to follow the food recommendations! We did a halfday tour and went to night market, which was very nice. We enjoyed a tea ceremony at the hostel with her, that was such a special experience for us. We wish we could have stayed longer to do a hike by our own and much more. Washing service is also great, fresh cloths with nice smell. So, I highly recommend this place.

Charen is such a lovely host! She recommended me a lot of stuff I could do during my stay in the Cameron Highlands. Besides the main activities (hiking and tours), she also offers some activities regarding the culture. I really enjoyed the tea ceremony! The hostel is located in a quiet area, the beds are comfy, you have a locker, the room is clean and the people are nice and relaxed. Also, a laundry store is right around the corner and doing the laundry (washing and drying) takes approx an hour. In the hostel, you can book a breakfast including self-made bread, jam, peanut butter, egg and coffee. Everything you need. ;) Overall, I fully enjoyed my stay at Charen's place and can definitely recommend staying here!
