The fine print
From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Please note that guests are required by the hotel to settle a deposit (full payment of the first night) within 2 days from the time of booking. The hotel will contact guests directly with information on how to do the bank transfer.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Location very near with all needs. Food, Clinic, Pharmacy, Bus Station, Groceries. Have a car park inside the apartment. Have a kitchenette, and you can cook

Reaching the place was very easy.But parked my car a little bit far from the apartment,maybe due to school holiday 🙂.But overall was very nice & acceptable...
